The Account Engineer is a high-impact, cross-functional role designed to accelerate the customer journey from initial acquisition to successful platform adoption and expansion on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You will contribute to this mission by driving initial utilization, leveraging modern AI-powered tools and coding agents to ensure technical success. This role bridges the critical gap by helping new and early-stage customers achieve rapid implementation, quick value, and a world-class experience on the Snowflake platform. You will be the dedicated customer technical partner, responsible for driving technical enablement and supporting the overall activation and adoption of our customers initial use cases. This is a fantastic opportunity for technical professionals to develop deep expertise in cloud data architecture, make a measurable impact on customer success, and contribute to one of the fastest-growing technology companies. Location: Candidate must be based in or near Seattle or Menlo Park. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables - The Account Engineer manages a critical portfolio of new and early-stage customers, and is accountable for accelerating their time-to-value and achieving sustained platform growth.
