We are looking for an AI-first leader who is not afraid to take on hard and unusual tasks. As an Engineering Manager, you'll shape the development processes for one of Snowflake's most strategic new products. AS A SENIOR ENGINEERING MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL - Provide strong technical leadership across the entire product suite of AIM-V, including the runtime, tools and utilities, as well as deployment. - Drive an AI-based development process across the entire platform, from requirements analysis to design, from development to validation and release. - Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and field engineering to empower our customers. - Define and improve our engineering processes around AI-based software synthesis workflows. - Solve real business needs at large scale by applying your software engineering and analytical problem solving skills.
