At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. You will identify where work should be eliminated, redesigned, automated, or delegated to software; define the product strategy; align the business and technology teams; and lead the delivery of products that people choose to use. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Set product direction. Develop a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and narrative for a meaningful business problem. Define the outcomes that matter, the choices required to achieve them, and the principles that guide trade-offs. - Partner directly with the business. Work side by side with business leaders, operators, and end users from problem framing through launch and adoption. Build shared ownership of the problem and the solution rather than taking orders or handing off requirements. - Build world-class products. Apply strong product judgment, user-centered discovery, and first-principles thinking to create simple, intuitive products that solve important problems and earn sustained adoption. - Redesign workflows end to end.
