We are seeking a Manager, Frontier Engineering (Migrations) to sit at the intersection of customer delivery and product engineering. This is a unique hybrid role: you will lead a team of forward-deployed engineers who work directly with customers and partners on complex migration projects while simultaneously driving the development of AI-powered migration tools and products. Your team will be the bridge between field realities and product innovation — turning hard-won migration patterns into scalable, automated solutions. AS A MANAGER, MIGRATIONS YOU WILL: Team Leadership & People Management - Manage and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, providing clear feedback, identifying strengths, and developing growth paths - Recruit, hire, and onboard future team members, setting them up for success in both customer-facing delivery and engineering contributions - Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and practical decision-making across delivery and engineering workstreams - Support engineers in their career
